The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits your best Proposal for User Workplace 1st Level Support and Maintenance Technician. Under the supervision of the Technical Support Administrator, ICT, the incumbent will perform all the standard activities required to ensure the deployment, availability, and correct operation of the user workplace environment, ensuring client software compatibility as well as software version and security compliance.
