The European Parliament (EP) is the legislative branch of the European Union and one of its seven institutions. Together with the European Commission and the Council of the European Union (‘the Council’, which should not be confused with the European Council and the non-EU Council of Europe organisation) it exercises the tripartite legislative function of the European Union.

Objective of this tender

The Directorate-General for Logistics and Interpretation for Conferences at the European Parliament wishes to purchase exhibition panels for the three workplaces, Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg.

The tenderer must be registered in the trade or commercial register, unless it is an international organisation.

For economic groupings, each member will need to provide proof of authorisation to provide the subject covered by the contract.
