Item Description:
The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN) that is responsible for issues that concern information and communication technologies. It is the oldest among all the 15 specialised agencies of UN.
The ITU coordinates the shared global use of the radio spectrum, promotes international cooperation in assigning satellite orbits, works to improve telecommunication infrastructure in the developing world, and assists in the development and coordination of worldwide technical standards.
Request for Proposal (RFP)
The purpose of this Solicitation is to appoint a highly qualified company with sound experience in integrating custom developed solution with SAP. Specifically, ITU is looking for a company who can re-design and enhance a custom developed Room Management Application using SAP CRM as further described in Part IV (Terms of Reference).
The future contractor will be responsible to develop a custom Room Management Application fully integrated with SAP CRM as per project Deliverables established in Part IV of the present document. At least 90% of the deliverables/activities will be required to be done remotely.
