Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Ring Road Project Civil Works for the Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Ring Road Between Qaisar amd Laman Section I Km 110+000 to Km 144+000 (34 km)

Item Description:

1. The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Road Network Development Project I (Bala Murghab to Leman). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
2. The National Procurement Authority (NPA), on behalf of the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Ring Road Project Civil Works for the Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Ring Road between Qaisar amd Laman Section I (the Works).
3. International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
4. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications, summarized from the bidding document, should participate in the bidding. Bidders are requested to refer to Section 3 of the bidding documents for a full range of criteria prior to submitting a bid.
