Rehabilitation of deferrization of the city of Assa. Lot 2: Civil works and laboratory equipment

Item Description:

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (http://www.ebrd.com) on 09/11/2020.

The National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water (“L’Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable” or “ONEE”), here in after referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of ONEE Water Supply Project.

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: Rehabilitation of deferrization of the city of Assa. Lot 2: Civil works and laboratory equipment

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

• The tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least Three Million Three Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Moroccan Dirhams excluding tax (3 332 500.00 MAD), which is the total of effected payments received for on-going and / or completed contracts during the three (03) years (2017-2018-2019).
• Experience as principal contractor in the context of at least two (2) contracts of similar work type and nature in the past ten (10) years that include:

Construction of technical rooms dedicated to drinking water and sanitation projects

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Thirty-Two Thousand Moroccan Dirhams (32 000.00 MAD) or its equivalent in a convertible currency.

The project site visit is not scheduled for this project.

Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before Monday 10/05/2021 at  9 h 30 min (local time).

Tenders will be opened on Monday 10/05/2021 at 10 h 00 min (local time) at the address below.
