Rehabilitation of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Oloboju & Sidera Reservoir

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Emergency Assistance for Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (EARR) Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Sulawesi III River Basin Organization, Central Sulawesi Province, Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (“the Employer”) invites online bids/tenders from eligible Bidders for the Rehabilitation WTP Oloboju & Sidera Reservoir (“the Works”).

Open Competitive Bidding (National Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
