Security Services for the Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria

Item Description:

The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) (‘the contracting authority’), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contracts and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework service contract for the provision of security services, in accordance with the specifications set out in the procurement documents.

Subject of the Contract

The Contractor shall provide the human and material resources necessary to ensure the security of persons and assets under the contracting authority’s responsibility. The main services to be provided may include, among others, the provision of security guards, ‘active’ GPS/GPRS tracking systems, alarm systems and CCTV systems. The place of performance is Abuja.
