Procurement of Smart Grid Solar PV Electrification

Item Description:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid in response to this Invitation to Bid (ITB-072-PHL-2022): Smart Grid Solar PV Electrification in Bgy. Magsaysay, Cagayancillo, Palawan.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 24 August 2022 2:00 PM, Manila Time (2AM Eastern time).

A Zoom Link will be provided to those who will confirm attendance by sending an email to procurement.ph@undp.org, with the following details:

3. Name of Representative
4. Email address
5. Contact Number.

Please write in the email subject line: “Pre-bid conference for Smart Grid Solar PV Electrification in Bgy. Magsaysay, Cagayancillo, Palawan” and confirm participation by 23 August 2022 (5pm Manila time or 5AM Eastern time).

Interested bidders are requested to register on the UNDP eTendering website – https://etendering.partneragencies.org  and search for the tender documents with the following information:

Please prepare your Proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in the RFP and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Proposal set in the eTendering system. Any and all Minutes, amendments to the solicitation documents, responses to bidders’ clarifications, and possible extensions of the deadline will be posted on the eTendering website. Please make sure you register on the website and click on the ‘Accept Invitation’ button for this event so you can receive notifications on posted updates.
