MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the (ITB) documents. MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline indicated below.

The Request of EOI may be submitted by email to monusco-vendorqueries@un.org; musambya@un.org or else by hand-delivery or courier, clearly marked with the inscription “EOI – Supply and Delivery of Electrical materials to MONUSCO in Goma, DR Congo – and to be received not later than 26 July 2022, 15:00 hours Kinshasa time (GMT +1).

As the objective of this EOI is to gather information on the availability of the potential suppliers, services and ability to deliver the requested items in the specfic location in a timely manner, your willingness and ability to reply will be of mutual benefit

Subsequent to this EOI and the submissions received, MONUSCO may request for clarification through email / Fax or site visit for further information to have a better understanding of the documents submitted by your organization.
