Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Equipment to Hudaydah, Sana’a and Aden

The United Nations Mission to Support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) has a requirement for the services of a qualified supplier to provide, deliver and install durable, functional and easily maintainable furniture for its offices and accommodation at its premises in the city of Hudaydah, and for the Sana’a and Aden premises of the Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY).

The furniture shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

This is a long-term contract with an initial one (1) year and the option of two one-year extensions (1+1+1) at the sole discretion of UNMHA and subject to the mission requirements and the supplier’s performance.

The Supplier shall deliver requested furniture and equipment within six (6) weeks after receipt of the Release Order. All goods shall be delivered in proper packaging to protect the items from damage during transportation, loading, unloading , handling and installation.

In case of replacement of furniture, the Supplier will be responsible for the removal, relocation and disposal of furniture. The Supplier may be required to dismantle furniture and move to a new location. The fees are related to removal, relocation and replacement of furniture will be charged on a daily basis or as agreed between the Parties.
