FAO invites you to submit an offer for the Supply and delivery of Laminate Flooring;

61 msq Demolition

• Remove and retain existing sheet carpet for reuse by Client
• Retain existing power skirting and timber skirting
• NOTE: All furniture removal and placement by Client.

61 msq Rectification

• Allow rate to make good levels to existing concrete floors with epoxy self-levelling where required.
• Scope to be confirmed by Architect upon inspection of substrate

61 msq Flooring

• Supply and install new Belgotex Luxury Vinyl Planks as to manufacturers recommendations
• Davenport Stick Down heavy Commerical system
• 3mm thick plank, 184.15 x 1219.2
• Colour: Breadnut TBC
• Pattern: Standard brick lay
• Provide Aluminium Transition cover to junction to tile.
• Installer to provide Manufacturers Warranty on material and installation.
