Supply and Delivery of LED Street Lights and other related items to UNFICYP

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the supply and delivery of LED street lights and related items.

1. LED Integrated Solar Street Lights 40-55 Watt (complete with lamps and brackets for fitting), Quantity: 70
2. Batteries compatible with LED Integrated Solar Street Lights, Quantity: 50
3. LED Outdoor Flood Lights (spot lights), 10-Watt, Waterproof with Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor,Quantity: 180

4. LED Outdoor Flood Lights (spot lights), 10-Watt, Waterproof, Quantity: 180
5. LED Portable Flood Lights (rechargeable), 10-Watt, Waterproof, Quantity: 100
6. LED Portable Work Lights, 2 x 10-Watt, Quantity: 30
7. LED Portable Work Lights, 2 x 20-Watt, Quantity: 30
8. LED Industrial High Bay Lights, 100-Watt, Quantity: 70

Delivery shall be on the basis of Delivered at Place (DAP) – UNFICYP HQ, Nicosia, Cyprus (Incoterms 2010). Partial deliveries are not acceptable by UNFICYP.

In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified vendors are requested to express their interest by providing all relevant information including complete company details and experience profile using the attached Vendor Response Form, also available in our website http://www.unficyp.org.
