Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies at ADB Headquarters

Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, invites prospective Bidder/s to submit a quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies at ADB Headquarters.

The successful Bidder/s shall provide ADB with quality Goods as set forth in the Work Performance Statement, List of Medical Supplies and Service Level Agreement (Appendices 1, 1.1a, and 1.2, respectively) for a period of three (3) years, with an annual updating of unit prices.

Interested Bidders are advised to send their complete contact details (i.e. name of firm, address, contact person and position, email address, telephone number) to kmagnawa@adb.org and gmabulay@adb.org to participate in the bidding and for future correspondence related to this bidding. Bid Bulletins will only be shared with Bidders who have provided their contact details.

To be qualified for the bidding, the Bidder must:

1. Have an independent legal existence as a valid registered company for at least three (3) years in any ADB member country
2. Have not been under a declaration or record of ineligibility for corrupt and/or fraudulent practices issued or kept by ADB
3. Have a dedicated account manager to handle ADB’s account
4. Can commit to supply, deliver and maintain sufficient inventory of the items listed in Appendix 1.1 – List of Medical Supplies and in accordance with the set specifications, including actual assessment of product quality through sample testing (as applicable).

The Bids should be sent electronically through ADB’s e-procurement system before 5:00 PM (Manila Time), 09 JULY 2025 to the attention of the Principal Procurement and Contract Specialist, Procurement and Contracts Administration.

ADB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for ADB’s action.

This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise. Any cost of preparation of the bid shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
