Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of Project for the Capacity Building of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority for Strengthening Health Care Services in Remote Islands, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of Solar Electrification Equipment, Installation, After Sales Services and Capacity Building Services.
A complete set of Bidding Documents is available for issuance to Interested Bidders at 28th Floor BDO Tower Valero (former Citibank), 8741 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City or request via email at mmagtibay@iom.int.
A pre-bidding conference will be held on 1st July 2021 via zoom or teams virtual meeting.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to not less than 2.0 percent of the Bidders Total Bid Price in the form of bank guarantee and shall be delivered to the BEAC at 28th Floor BDO Tower Valero (former Citibank), 8741 Paseo de Roxas on or before 15th July 2021.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the above address, date, and time in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
