Supply and Delivery of UVC Lamps for Air Handling Units at ADB HQ

Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive bids for the Supply and Delivery of UVC Lamps for Air Handling Units at ADB HQ (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”).

Bidding is open to all firms and only bidders meeting the following requirements will be considered.

• have an independent legal existence as a validly registered company or a joint venture partnership (under joint and several liability) in the Philippines for a minimum of three (3) years in supply and delivery of UVC lamps;
• have financial soundness to successfully support the entire contract;
• have not been under a declaration of record of ineligibility for corrupt and/or fraudulent practices issued or kept by ADB; and
• shall commit to supply and deliver the technically compliant UVC lamps and associated components listed in Appendix 4B “Technical Evaluation Criteria – Specifications” for UVC lamp for a minimum period of 5 Years from contract award.

Bids should be received before the deadline indicated in the sourcing event.

ADB reserves the right to accept any application, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for ADB’s action. This Invitation to Bid does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB either financial or otherwise. Any cost in the preparation of bid shall be borne exclusively by the Bidder.
