Supply and Delivery Patrol Boats

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of the “EU 4 Border Security” Project, funded by the European Union, Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) of IOM Ukraine now invites Bidders submit their bids for supply and delivery of patrol boats for the needs of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and General Inspectorate of Border Police of The Republic of Moldova, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and specifications, given in the Bidding Documents.

The Bidding Documents containing rules, requirements for bidding documentation, instructions for the Bidders, terms of reference and standard forms may be received by forwarding the correspondent request to iomkievtenders@iom.int with subject line of the request reading:
UA1-2020-1321– [insert bidder’s name (no brackets)] – request of the Bidding Documents

Interested Bidders must submit the following information and documents together with the original of bid:

1. Official Bid (Form 1, Form 2);
2. Specification of Bid (Section II);
3. Vendor Information sheet – signed and stamped;
4. Code of Conduct for Suppliers – signed and stamped;
5. Bid Security equivalent (Form 3, bank guarantee from a reputable commercial banking institution or an insurance company);
6. Bid Securing Declaration (in case Bid Security is not submitted) (Form 4);
7. Certificate of Registration from government agency in Ukraine or abroad;
8. Bidder’s Charter (if available);
9. Confirmations of Tax Identification Number and certificate of taxpayer, issued by respective government agencies in Ukraine or abroad;
10. Valid Government Permits/Licenses regarding the activity, related to the subject of the current tender (if applicable);
11. Financial statements (Statement of condition, Profit and Loss Account for years 2018-2019);
12. Key customers’ references;
13. Supporting documents on quality of proposed equipment i.e. quality certificate, declaration of conformity, research of design certificate etc.
14. Manufacturer Authorization Form, Copies of Authorization / Reseller / Partner / Distributor Certificates, issued by equipment manufacturer;
15. List of Warranty Service Providers;
16. Bid documents checklist (Form 7).

The Bid shall be submitted in original and duplicate copies and should be received either by hand or through mail by the BEAC with office address at:

not later than 15:00 (UTC+2) 21 December 2020, which is considered to be the deadline for bids submission.

Bids must be valid for a period of 75 calendar days after the deadline of submission of the bids. All bids must be prepared in EUR VAT excluded.

IOM Ukraine reserves the right to reject any or all bids that include VAT.

The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the selection process and reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bids.
