Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Strengthening ICT Systems for Efficient and Transparent Public Investment and Tax Administration Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Finance (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for “Supply and installation of necessary IT equipment and security program licenses for Mongolian Tax Authority”, comprising of the following lots:
- Lot 3: Supply and installation of perimeter security and access controls;
- Lot 4: Supply of MS Windows and MSSQL server license package
Open competitive bidding – advertised Internationally will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
