Supply, Delivery, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of Digital Access Rooms for EDM

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online (UNDB online) No AfDB441-05/16 of 11th May 2016, and on the African Development Bank’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org).

The Government of Mozambique has received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) in various currencies towards the cost of the Enabling Large Scale Gas and Power Investments in Mozambique Technical Assistance (ESLGAPI). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of Digital Access Rooms for EDM.

The Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy (MIREME) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of a Solution for Digital Access Room for EDM (hereinafter called “the Goods”). A National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works.

The Digital Access Room must seamlessly integrate with an on-premises Multi-conference system for five (05) different Medium size meeting rooms (8-16 persons) with five (05) Video collaboration Unit, using standard IP protocol and signalling protocol such as SIP and H323 and ten (10) Small Unit collaboration with Named User (NU) license to host cloud-based meetings.
