Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of 70 units Brand New Patient Transport Vehicles for COVID-19 Contact Tracing

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the Philippines has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Health System Enhancement to Address and Limit COVID- 19 (HEAL), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Department of Health (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of 70 Units of Patient Transport Vehicles for COVID-19 Contact Tracing.

Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the bidding document.
