Supply of equipment and construction of raw water pipeline and pumping station, water treatment plant of 2 components Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc and Tam Hiep

Item Description:

1. The Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Viet Nam Water Sector Investment Program Multitranche Financing Facility – Periodic Financing Request 3. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. Quang Nam Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of equipment and construction of raw water pipeline and pumping station, water treatment plant of 2 components Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc and Tam Hiep in Dien Ban town, Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam province. The principle items of works include:
a. Extension of Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc network by constructing new water system capacity of 15,000m3/d with major facilities as follows:
 Supply equipment, installation and construction works for Vinh Dien’s river raw water intake and floating pumping station consists 04 centrifugal pumps with flow Q= 250m3/h and total head H= 35m and accessories;
 Supply and installation of raw water pipeline with HDPE pipe D450 mm, length L= 2,514m, together with air bleed, waste cock and water meter and mixer chambers;
 Construction a pre-clarification pond with area 3470m2, depth of 5.4m, embankment 1:1
 Supply equipment, installation and construction works for step-up raw water pumping station consists 04 centrifugal pumps with flow Q= 250m3/d, total head H= 20m, and
 Supply equipment, installation and construction works of new surface water treatment plant located … capacity 15,000m3/d which consisting reactor, lamella clarification and sand filtration filters, treated water reservoir, treated water pumping station, chemical house and other relevant auxiliary works.

b. Extension of Tam Hiep network by constructing new water supply system capacity of 15,000m3/d with major facilities as follows:

 Supply equipment, installation and construction works for Phu Ninh’s lake raw water intake and floating pumping station consists 04 centrifugal pumps with flow Q= 265m3/h and total head H= 50m and accessories;
 Supply and installation of raw water pipeline with HDPE pipe D500mm PN10 length L= 207 m, together with air bleed, waste cock and water meter and mixer chambers; and
 Supply equipment, installation and construction of new surface water treatment plant located … capacity 15,000m3/d which uses prefabricated reator tank, clarification tank and sand fillter tanks using self-washing technology and pre- fabricated water treated tank and other relevant auxiliary works.

The construction period is 730 days from the start date.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on and before: 9 A.M., 6th January 2017. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend.
