Item Description:
The Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of MFF Power Transmission Investment Program Tranche 3, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Central Vietnam Power Projects Management Board (CPMB) under the authorization of National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of equipment and materials for substation and connections (2 lots). The package is divided into two (2) lots, as follows:
- Lot 1: Supply and transportation of primary equipment, conductors, earth wires, insulators, OPGW, and fittings.
- Lot 2: Supply and transportation of secondary, SCADA and communication equipment (including installation and testing of communication equipment).
Bidders may bid for one (1) or both lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one (1) contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Bid Submission Sheet.
The completion period for both lots is 240 calendar days from the date of contract signing.
International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
