Item Description:

The Mission of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) is to take forward the EU’s neighbourhood and enlargement policies, as well as coordinating relations with EEA-EFTA countries insofar as Commission policies are concerned. DG NEAR works closely with the European External Action Service and the line DGs in charge of thematic priorities.

By implementing assistance actions in Europe’s eastern and southern neighbourhood, DG NEAR supports reform and democratic consolidation, and strengthens the prosperity, stability and security around Europe. DG NEAR helps to promote EU values, policies and interests in this region, and to contribute to developing the special relationship of the EU with its neighbouring countries.

The subject of the contract is the supply, delivery, unloading, and any other task required, as defined in Annex II+III:

Technical Specifications + Technical Offer, by the Contractor of the following supplies:

• Lot 1: Equipment for Personalization and quality control of personal documents
• Lot 2: Equipment for video surveillance, access control, fire alarm, intrusion detection and other equipment
• Lot 3: Network Equipment and Storage system for IDDEEA
• Lot 4: Terrain motor vehicles for IDDEEA

in 4 (four) lots, quantities as specified in the Technical Specifications, to the delivery places specified in Annex II + III: Technical Specifications + Technical Offer, DDP  (not including customs duties, import duties, taxes or other equivalent fiscal charges) .

The implementation period for each lot shall be 225 days in total from commencement date until provisional acceptance (corresponding to 180 days from the Commencement Order for delivery, 15 days for Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) request and 30 days for provisional acceptance issuance).

The supplies must comply fully with the technical specifications set out in the tender dossier (technical annex) and conform in all respects with the drawings, quantities, models, samples, measurements and other instructions.

Tenderers are not authorised to tender for a variant solution in addition to the present tender.
