Supply of Lab Equipment (Lot 1 –Hematology, Biochemistry, and Urine Analyzer), (Lot 2 – Voltage Stabilizer), (Lot 3 – Centrifuges, Stirrers, Shakers), (Lot 4 – Autoclave, Refrigerator, and Chemical Cabinets)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Health, General Department of Preventive Medicine through the Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of:

Lot 1: Hematology Biochemistry and Urine Analyzer

• 133 sets of Automatic Biochemical Machine (Include ISE tests ≥ 800 tests/hour)
• 150 sets of Automatic Hematology Machine (≥ 33 parameter)
• 75 sets of Urine Analyzer

Lot 2: Voltage Stabilizer

• 232 sets of Stabilizer for Laboratory (≥ 15KVA – 1 phase)

Lot 3: Centrifuges, Stirrers, Shakers

• 66 sets of Centrifuge
• 137 sets of Magnetic Stirrer
• 164 sets of Shaker

Lot 4: Autoclave, Refrigerator and Chemical Cabinets

• 94 sets of Autoclave Sterilizers (Volume application ≥ 55 Liters)
• 220 sets of Refrigerator
• 224 sets of Chemical Storage Cabinets

Delivery of Goods will be to the project locations (district hospitals) specified in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply) of the Bidding Document within 180 days of the date of contract signing. Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots.
