Item Description:
The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to the Republic of South Africa, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contracts and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework supply contract for the supply of office furniture (Lot 1) and household appliances (Lot 2), in accordance with the specifications set out in the procurement documents.
- Lot 1: Supply of office furniture for the new premises of the EU Delegation to the Republic of South Africa
- Lot 2: Supply of Household appliances for the new premises of the EU Delegation to the Republic of South Africa
Subject of the Contract
The contractor shall provide the human and material resources necessary to provide the supplies (for one lot or both lots) in the non-exhaustive list below:
- Provision of office furniture (Lot 1), including:

- Cabinet display
- Office chairs (including meeting rooms and kitchen chairs);
- Cabinet
- Sofa
- Ottoman
- Meeting rooms tables (different forms and sizes);
- Archives
- Outdoor tables and chairs
- Electrical Power Tabletop Hatches
- 3 Division recycle Bin
- Hat and Coat Stand and Hangers
- Umbrella Stand
- Compartment Lockers
- Acoustic Panels
- Provision of household appliances (Lot 2), including
- Microwave
- Fridge
- Full fridge
- Dishwasher
