Item Description:

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (http://www.ebrd.com) on 28/01/2020.

The National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water (“L’Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable”or “ONEE”), here in after referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of ONEE Water Supply Project.

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:

Supply of small caliber single-calibre jet meters such as DN 40mm speed

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

• The tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least one million five hundred thousand Dirhams (1,500,000.00 MAD) excluding tax which is the total of effected payments received for on-going and / or completed contracts during the three (03) years (2016-2017-2018).
• Experience as principal contractor in the context of at least one (1) contract of similar work type and nature in the past ten (10) years that include:

A similar project is any operation relating to the supply of a minimum amount of one thousand (1,000) water meters.

All offers must be accompanied by a tender security of: Twenty-five thousand dirhams (25,000 MAD) Moroccan Dirhams or its equivalent in a convertible currency.

Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before Tuesday, December 01, 2020 at 09:00 (local time)

Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the opening on Tuesday, December 01, 2020 at 09:30 (local time) at the address below.
