Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Lao People’s Democratic Republic has received financing from ADB toward the cost of SRIWSM and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply of survey equipment.
The Department of Irrigation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of survey equipment.
Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding procedures with national advertisement as specified in the Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers and is open to all eligible bidders.
