Item Description:

Sealed Bids are invited for the provision of Tablets (with Windows 8 Pro) + accessories as specified in this Invitation To Bid (LITB).

This (LITB) document comprises contents and specifications as mentioned in the herein.
Offers must be securely sealed in a suitable envelope and then CLEARLY MARKED on the outside with the LITB Number and returned to the above address on or before Wednesday 18 January 2017 at 14:00 HRS Kinshasa time. Hand-delivered bids are to be placed in the bid/tender box located at the reception of UNICEF Office at the above mentioned address. If sent by COURIER OR any other means, they must be dropped at the mentioned tender box.

Alternately, bids can be sent to the dedicated email address indicated above (rdctenders@unicef.org) before the set deadline.

A public opening of bids is scheduled for the same Wednesday 18 January 2017 at 14:30 HRS Kinshasa time and interested bidders are invited to attend (Maximum 2 representatives per bidder).
