Supply of Vehicles for UN-HABITAT’s project in the Southeast of Mexico

United Nations Office at Nairobi (hereinafter refered to as UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme Afghanistan office (UN-HABITAT) is seeking to establish Contract with a qualified contractor(s) for the supply of Vehicles for UN-HABITAT’ s programmes in the southeast of Mexico.

The present bid is held within the framework of the project result of a Collaboration Agreement between the National Fund for Tourism Development (FONATUR) and United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), signed on May 21st, 2019, aimed at providing technical assistance on territorial planning to this institution with the main objective of creating well-being, development and opportunities for southeastern region of Mexico, within the “Tren Maya” project.

UN-Habitat has worked with FONATUR in the introduction and consolidation of a new narrative and a fundamental vision for the project: the Tren Maya it is not only a train, but a major opportunity to create a new development strategy for the southeast region of Mexico.

The requirement will include, but not be limited to, the following category of vehicles;

• 7-seater SUVS
• 5-Seater pick up trucks
