Supply, Transport to Site and Installation of 60M3 Prefabricated Steel Water Tank & Accessories

Item Description:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) kindly request you to submit your quotation for Supply, Transport to Site and Installation of 60M3 Prefabricated Steel Water Tank & Accessories (including transport to site, preparation and installation to make the entire water supply system fully operable), as detailed in Annex 1 (Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specification) of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2 and Annex 1.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 17:00 (Timor-Leste local time) December 13, 2019 via ☒e-mail or ☒courier mail to the address below:

Quotations submitted by courier mail should indicate Reference Number and Description of RFQ “SUPPLY, TRANSPORT TO SITE AND INSTALLATION OF 60M3 PREFABRICATED STEEL WATER TANK & ACCESSORIES”.

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 4 MB, virus-free and no more than 1 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. Email Subject should indicate Reference Number and Description of RFQ “SUPPLY, TRANSPORT TO SITE AND INSTALLATION OF 60M3 PREFABRICATED STEEL WATER TANK & ACCESSORIES”

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.

A pre-bid conference will take place on Wednesday, 4^th December 2019, 15:00hrs (local Timor-Leste) in Coastal resilience Building Project Office on the following address – UN House, Caicoli Street, P.O Box 558 Dili, Timor-Leste.

Site visit to the place of delivery and installation in the Municipality of Bobonaro on 6 December 2019 from 10:00 hrs.
