The United Nations Development Programme in Somalia, hereinafter referred to as “UNDP” invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Firms for provision of Third-Party Monitoring Agent (MA) services as described in the Terms of Reference of this Request for Proposal to ensure that National Window Funds executed by Somali authorities are utilised for the purposes specified in the United Nations Multi-Partner Trust Funds (UN-MPTF) grant agreements.
