Toktogul Gate and Hydraulic Steel Structure Rehabilitation – Design, Supply, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Works and Services

The Government of Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) toward the cost of L3212/G0419 Toktogul Rehabilitation Phase 2 Project. The Government of Kyrgyz Republic intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. No nationality restrictions apply, other than any restrictions arising from ITB 4.7.

The Open Joint Stock Company Electric Power Plants (EPP) (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Design, supply, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning works and services in Toktogul Gate and Hydraulic Steel Structure Rehabilitation (the “Works”). The works mainly include design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of works and services at turnkey basis, as detailed and specified in the Bidding Documents. Completion period is 10 November 2021.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: One-Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all Bidders without nationality restrictions.
