Transmission System Improvement and Construction of Clear Water Reservoirs & Pumping Stations for Wazirabad WTP Command area including SCADA & Instrumentation

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

India has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Delhi Water Supply Improvement Investment Program – Tranche 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Delhi Jal Board (the “Employer”), represented by the Project Manager, DWSIIP, invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Distribution Network Improvement in UGR Command Areas of CD Park, Fruit Market, Model Town and Mukherjee Nagar. The detailed scope of work is provided in Section 6, Employers Requirement. The scope of work also includes operating and maintaining the system for a period of ten (10) years post construction.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
