Item Description:

The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Hubei Huangshi Urban Pollution Control and Environmental Management Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Instrimpex International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Procurement Agent”), authorized by Huangshi Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Employer”), invites sealed bids from all eligible Bidders for the Construction Works of Lake Scenic Road (2km), including landscape engineering, Lighting engineering and Hydraulic engineering; Ecological buffer zone (11.36 ha.) including Trestle platform, Parkway, Site paving, Landscape facilities, plant planting & etc. Details as per Bill of Quantity and Drawings.

Construction Period is ten (10) months.

National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
