Provision of Document Production Software

Item Description:

WFP is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified suppliers for the provision of two software solution tools. The first should allow the user to proofread, review, identify and fix issues in a document (i.e. formatting, cross-referencing, definitions and typos/editorials); the second should consent each user to create one or more repositories of standard (and non-standard) clauses that can be easily retrieved by users for their use in contracts and other documents.

Both software solutions should be fully compatible and integrated with Microsoft Word (Office 365) and preferably be part of the same ecosystem.

Response

In order to participate in the pre-selection exercise, companies are required to provide the following:

• Confirmation of interest in being considered for the delivery of the above items;
• Company description and brief summary of experience in the required business (max 2 pages);
• No financial proposal is required at this stage.

Upon receipt of a positive response, WFP may proceed with the next steps to engage a vendor.
