Request for Proposals – PRM Africa Regional Migration Programme

Item Description:

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the PRM Africa Regional Migration Programme for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: support of the national IOM offices and governments in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe in preparation for the development of a migration policy.  More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail indicating reference IOM2018/100016/RFP – to IOM with office address at Walker Creek Office Park Building 4, 90 Florence Ribeiro Avenue, Nieuw Muckleneuk, Groenkloof, 0181 or pretoriatenders@iom.int (each attachment should not exceed 5MB) on or before 14 January 2019, by 17:30. No late proposal shall be accepted. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
