Provision of Address Database, Dissemination and Media Monitoring Services for the European Environment Agency (2 lots)

Item Description:

The European Environment Agency (EEA) is an agency of the European Union, whose task is to provide sound, independent information on the environment. The EEA aims to support sustainable development by helping to achieve significant and measurable improvement in Europe’s environment, through the provision of timely, targeted, relevant and reliable information to policymaking agents and the public.

The EEA seeks to establish framework service contracts for each of the 2 lots with service providers that will provide support to the EEA in the area of address database, dissemination and media monitoring, with a view to reaching the objectives formulated in the communication framework.

Lot 1: Address Database and Dissemination Services

Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases and disseminating EEA’s print and electronic outputs in a systematic and timely way.

Lot 2: Media Monitoring Services

The EEA intends to conclude a framework contract in order to be able to monitor its media and social media coverage on a daily basis and also to be able to periodically monitor and analyse its media and social media coverage after launches of major EEA reports.
