Rental of vehicles for Security Training

Item Description:

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organization fighting hunger worldwide. It is part of the United Nations (UN) system. The majority of WFP personnel works directly on the field serving the corporate mandate.

To this end, WFP organizes multiple security training courses every year and requires vehicles both to reach the training location and for the purposes of the trainings themselves. Interested companies must be capable of delivering the vehicles and picking up the same from the same location – WFP HQ premises in Rome, Italy.

Interested companies are required to respond to the EoI by providing the requested information in the EoI document to the e-mail address hq.tenders@wfp.org by the stated deadline Tuesday, 12 February 2019, at 16:00 hrs (Rome Time). Companies are reminded to omit any pricing information from their response.
