Provision of Bottled Water, Accessories and Associated Maintenance Services for UNMIK “on an ‘as and when required basis”

The United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK) hereby invites qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the Supply and Delivery of Bottled Water and Accessories to UNMIK “on an ‘as and when required’ basis”.

The estimated annual water consumption is as follows:

• Water packed in a 10-litter dispenser bottle: approx. 1600
• Water packed in a 1.5 litter bottle: approx. 1900
• Drinking Water Dispenser: approx. 5
• Paper cups – pack of 50 pcs: approx. 300
• Water Dispenser Service Maintenace: approx, 5 services

UNMIK intend to contract a qualified company for a period of five years (3+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance and related conditions.

Additional details, specifications shall be provided in the tender document to be issued subsequent to this EOI.

Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to unmik-procuremetn@un.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject lin.

UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors which in UN’s sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified my receive the final tender solicitation documents.
