Provision of Courier Services

The subject of this tender is the provision of courier services for Frontex under the Framework Contract (hereinafter referred to as “FWC”) divided into two lots:

• Lot 1: Domestic courier services on the territory of Poland and international export/import courier services from/to Poland
• Lot 2: International courier services where Poland is not a site of service

Lot 1 covers:

• domestic courier services on the territory of Poland:

1. 1. from Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw (as indicated in point 3.3.1 for the Technical Specifications) to other locations in Poland;
   2. from other locations in Poland to Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw;
   3. between other locations in Poland without passing through Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw, for instance a shipment from Gdańsk to Kraków.

• international courier services in two directions:

1. 1. From Poland (based on current practice and indicatively – Frontex Headquarters) to any European Union Member State and Third Country and from any European Union Member State or Third Country to Poland.

Lot 2 covers:

• international courier services between any European Union Member States locations, for instance a shipment from Italy to Greece;
• international courier services between any European Union Member State and third country in Europe, for instance a shipment from Albania to Italy;
• international courier services between any third countries in Europe, for instance a shipment from Albania to Serbia;
• NON-MANDATORY international courier services between any European Union Member State and third country outside Europe, for instance a shipment from Italy to Nigeria.

Due to the very recent war in Ukraine, the implementation of service in the conflict zone will be postponed until safe conditions of performance are re-established.
