Provision of an Upgraded or New Automated Publication System Solution in ITU

Item Description:

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) current publication production system enable the creation of multiple output formats in our six working languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, English, Russian and Spanish). ITU’s publications are therefore downloadable on PC, Mac or Unix and accessible on smartphones or tablets.

ITU is seeking to modernize its existing publication production system by either the upgrade of the existing one or a new solution.

Bidders have the possibility to submit a proposal for the following two (2) options:

• OPTION 1 (Upgrade of Existing System): the Bidder propose a Solution to upgrade the existing system, as described in Section 14.1;

Or

• OPTION 2 (New Solution): the Bidder propose a complete new automated publication system Solution as described in Section 14.2.
