Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment to Three Permanent Veterinary Research Laboratory Centersin Gadarif, Kassala & White Nile States – DRSLP II

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given in paragraph 8 below.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the project office and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SDG 2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Sudanese Pound) or its equivalent in USD or Euro.

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document, Procurement of Goods.

Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 4 May 2020 at 11:00 hours Sudan Local time and the bidder shall furnish a Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Cashier’s or Certified Cheque in the amount of USD 3,000 (Three Thousand United States Dollar) or its equivalent in Sudanese Pound or Euro for each lot.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at time on 4 May 2020 at 11:30 hours Sudan local time at the office indicated below:
