Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment for Sarez Lake Monitoring and Early Warning Systems

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of National Disaster Risk Management Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan (CESCD) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment for Sarez Lake Monitoring and Early Warning Systems. The system, that will be procured, will enable real time and reliable monitoring of Sarez Lake, right and left banks of the lake and downstream river for data gathering, early warning system activation and communications with required units.

Open Competitive Bidding – International will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
