Provision of Buildings Helpline Services

Item Description:

The General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union invites you to tender for the Provision of Technical helpline services in the context of buildings management/facility management at the general secretariat of the Council of the European Union in Brussels, in accordance with the arrangements described in the procurement documents.

Technical helpline services in the context of buildings management/facility management the total workload is not fixed in advance, however — according to average data during Years 2012-2017, and taking into account the addition of the recently built Europa Building — an annual number of 15,000 service requests is estimated. It must be noted that the buildings helpline service is not only limited to purely technical helpline tasks, but may also include additional tasks.
