The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing several companies, according to their specialties, to sign framework contracts that cover the different phases of renovation and maintenance projects in all OECD buildings (design and execution).
The deadline for submitting an offer is Monday, 18th March 2019, 2pm (Paris time).
A visit of our premises will take place on Tuesday 5th at 2pm (Paris time) at 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner plusieurs prestataires, selon leurs spécialités, pour signer des contrats cadre de maîtrise d’œuvre couvrant les différentes phases de projets de rénovation et d’entretien dans l’ensemble des bâtiments de l’OCDE (conception et exécution).
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au le lundi 18 mars 2019 à 14h00 (heure de Paris).
Une visite de nos locaux se déroulera le mardi 5 mars 2019 à 14h00 (heure de Paris) au 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
