Further instructions on the solicitation process and a detailed description of the items will be provided with formal tender documents to be issued at a later stage, soon after the closing date for this EOI. The tender documents will also include the information to participate to the facultative site visit to inspect the assets on sale. However, it should be noted that the goods are being sold on “as-is, where-is” basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Potential buyers are requested to express their interest by returning the Vendor Response Form via email to unlb-procurement@un.org no later than the EOI’s Closing Date.
