Purchase of Smart Phones

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks interested and qualified vendors to Supply Smart Phones.

The provider should be able to supply the following requirements:

1. iphone XS with 256GB (Color 15 black and 10 silver).
2. iphone X with 64GB (30black and 20 silver).
3. power case(power bank + case in one) for iphone XS and iphone X (45 black and 30 white or silver).
4. iphone 6s with 32 GB (50 in black and 25 in silver color).
5. iphone 6s case black.
6. Case for Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 Duo or Equivalent.
7. Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 Duo smart phone or Equivalent.

Vendors who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through “Invitation to Bid (ITB)”. This tender will envisage the selection of individual /firm to undertake the purchasers of the above items withine the described specifications that are detailed in the specififc requirments below.

UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with vendor that is not fully registered with United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) and not obtained UN Global Market Place (UNGM) Vendor ID Number. Thus, only those vendors who are registered or provisionall registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document-ITB.
