Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under Loan 3679-MON toward the cost of the Regional Road Development and Maintenance Project (Phase 1) and has applied for Additional Financing from ADB to implement Phase 2 of the same project. Part of the proceeds of these loans will be used for payments under the Package named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Road and Transport Development of Mongolia (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Package ZTHYa/201902104: Reconstruction of Route Ulaanbaatar-Darkhan Road.
