Provision of Print on-demand Services for Customized informational products

The United Nations (hereafter referred to as the “UN”) is seeking an Expression of Interest from qualified companies to establish a long-term contract for the provision of customized print on demand services which include the printing and installation of exhibits, production of large format and specialty media and the bulk mailing of magazines.

These products shall be delivered at place (DAP) INCOTERM 2010 for UNHQ at 405 East 42nd Street, New York, New York 10017. The vendor must have capacity to prepare, print, deliver and install a range of printed media: posters (unmounted and mounted), retractable and gate banners, stickers of various sizes, booklets, flyers, postcards, bookmarks, magazines and business cards.

Installation shall include the capacity to deliver and securely affix, either on a temporary or permanent basis as required, mounted photos, printed vinyl banners as well as cut vinyl lettering and cut vinyl graphics. These materials will be mounted or hung on painted drywall or painted wood surfaces or ma utilize an installed railing system via hooks and wires. Vendor will have the capacity to complete installation services outside or normal business hours (9am to 5pm) if required.
