Supply and installation of system hardware data centre

This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online: dated 30th November 2017 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website;

The United Republic of Tanzania has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Institutional Support Project for Domestic Resources Mobilization and Natural Resources Governance (ISP-DRM & NRG). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of System Hardware Data Centre.

The Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation on behalf of Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority (PURA), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply and Installation of System Hardware Data Centre.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Procurement Manager, room number 101 on the 10th floor at Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation, Head office situated at Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers, Tower ‘A’, Azikiwe/Jamhuri streets, Dar-es-Salaam from 8.30 to 3.30 pm from Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to The Managing Director, Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation, P. O. Box 2774, Dar es Salaam and upon payment of a non- refundable fee amount of Tshs. 100,000.00/= (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). Interested bidders are required to obtain a payment control number from the office of Manager Revenue, TPDC located at Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers, Tower A, Azikiwe/Jamhuri streets, Dar-es-Salaam, Room No. 402.
