Construction of Allay Land Customs Station

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Royal Government of Bhutan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation (SASEC) Road Connectivity Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

Phuentsholing Thromde (Employer), Ministry of Works & Human Settlement, Royal Government of Bhutan (RGOB) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Allay Land Customs Station (“the Works”). Construction period is 458 days from the contract start date.

National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
